Vienna, VA - (February 10, 2006) - The City of Rochester has deployed two business applications on Macronetics' Automate BPM goal-driven process management platform. The first application manages building service requests for the city government. The second application provides decision support to the Mayor and his staff. Thomas Green, IT Director for the City of Rochester, noted that Automate BPM was selected for its flexibility and ease of use. "We were impressed with Automate BPM's goal-driven architecture and the fact that we could develop applications with our own IT staff after only 2 days of on-site training."
